I strive to create beauty that is not based on perfection and try to maintain an organic feel to my work. I tend to leave some makers marks or as I call them "Birth Marks" on my pieces such as the texture from the slab mat, scratch marks and even a nail mark. I do this because I find beauty in the imperfect and strive to intentionally leave these marks.
